Privacy Notice
This notice explains how OB-LOGISTYK handles personal data submitted through the website, quote form and direct contact channels. It is written for a working landing page and should be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before final public launch.
1. Data and purpose
The quote form may collect your name, email, phone, company, pickup point, delivery point, cargo details, shipment timing and instructions. We use this information to answer transport enquiries, prepare quotations, check route requirements, coordinate follow-up and protect the website from spam or misuse.
2. Legal basis and access
Processing may be based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a transport or forwarding agreement, legitimate business interest and consent where a specific checkbox is used. Access is limited to people who need the data to answer the enquiry or prepare the shipment.
3. Partners and shipment handling
If a request moves forward, route and cargo details may be shared with carriers, warehouse contacts, customs representatives or other logistics partners only when needed for the requested service.
4. Storage and security
In the current local version, enquiries are stored in storage/leads.jsonl. The project also includes a MySQL-ready structure for a future admin panel. On production hosting, HTTPS, access control, backups and regular software updates should be enabled, and outdated enquiries should be removed or anonymised when no longer needed.
5. Rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of data you provided. For privacy requests, contact yuriivynnyk@gmail.com. This mailbox should be replaced with the final company privacy contact before launch if a dedicated address is created.
